[00:20] About The Fat Burning Man Abel was raised in alternative health. After getting health insurance, Abel found a traditional doctor. After taking his advice, he gained thirty pounds and suffered from high blood pressure. Abel started researching physiology and bodybuilding. He began eating loads of fats and vegetables. No longer was Abel afraid of salt. After taking it seriously for 30 days, he had a different body composition. It made him mad because he had been trying so hard to eat “right.” People need to be educated about the fundamentals, which is why Abel started The Fat Burning Man. Abel did almost precisely the opposite of what his medical doctor was telling him to do. [09:30] The Fundamentals If you want to be strong, you have to be balanced and focus on mobility. Do not isolate your biceps to get big biceps. For 99.9% of people, it will make no difference to do isolated exercises. Strength training your big muscles group will work. Kettlebells, free weights, and using the correct form will assist with your fitness. It doesn’t need to get much more complicated than that. Eat clean plant and animal foods. Ditch white sugars – it’s incredibly addictive and destroys our health. Find diversity and balance in your diet. Make sure you’re getting enough protein and fiber. Do not get vegetables that are sprayed with chemicals. Practice common sense with technology. Our cell phones can cause cancer and tumors. Yet, people still keep their phones in their pockets. [16:30] About The Wild Diet Abel wanted something that would be offline and lead people to the truth. Which is why he wrote this book back in 2015. There is not a lot of things that are truly out there. Many authors and podcasters like to make things overly complicated – it works! You can sell a lot of stuff that way. Abel had been listening to the wrong people; it hurt him. The Wild Diet is written simply and should be easy to read. [20:15] When Should You Eat Carbs? It depends on what you are doing with your life. Eating carbs in the morning may drive you crazy. You will have cravings and be hungry for the rest of the day. If you are going out and running a marathon, you could easily eat carbs in the morning. Abel drinks tea, coffee, heavy cream, and coconut oil. He will also drink bone broth and powdered greens. Dinner will be his first and only meal of the day. Eat fibers, proteins, and fats before you hit the carbs. Slam down an orange juice and see how you feel in an hour. It takes a few weeks for your body to realize that you don’t even need orange juice in the morning. [23:50] Exercising in a Fasted State Abel runs in a fasted state. When you run out of sugar in your muscles, you are going to bonk out. Learn how to manage that, and your body will adapt. Most people are carrying too much extra weight – so exercising while fasted will not be harmful. Fasted cardio will help you get the weight off pretty fast. However, it can be brutal at first. Depending on your goals, it can be helpful to eat before working out. When you are training fasted, you are getting the advantage of not needing to fuel. [29:55] What Does “Natural Flavor” Mean? Natural flavors might mean the extractives of wood products or anal beaver glands. Natural flavors are usually better than artificial flavors. Flavor your food with actual fruit or honey instead of artificial things. Do not be generous with your trust at the store. What is actually in the food you are buying? [33:00] Weight Loss Tips Focus on the foods that are your trigger foods. Try and go without this food for a few days and then for a few weeks. Go without that food until you don’t have those cravings anymore. It could be pizza, cookies, and cakes. Sometimes it’s not about the food that you are eating, but about the state of mind you are in while you are eating. If your attention isn’t with your food, then it’s harder to realize when you’re hungry. It doesn’t take long to eat, so sit down and practice gratitude. [38:35] Abel’s Gas Leak Scare Carbon monoxide leaked in Abel’s rental while they slept. Abel, his wife, and their dog were overcome with apathy. The effects of the gas make you dumber and less likely to make the right decisions. Abel and his wife were close to that state. The gas is odorless, so it’s almost difficult to detect. They almost died, and that is not an exaggeration. Abel was not able to work for months. Carbon monoxide detectors could easily prevent something like this happening. [44:45] Recovering From Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Abel did long-term fasts for his body to heal. Do not push your body too hard too soon. You want to be active in your recovery. However, be honest with yourself and be conservative. Vitamins in an IV drip brought Abel back to life – it’s an effective way to get nutrients into your blood stream. During the drips, their inflammation would immediately come down. Eating clean and not drinking alcohol was also extremely helpful. Drinking will set you back. Today, I am blessed to have an eye-opening conversation with academic gastroenterologist, Dr Andrew Wakefield, MB, BS, FRCS, FRCPath. He received his medical degree from St. Mary's Hospital Medical School (part of the University of London) in 1981, one of the third generation of his family to have studied medicine at that teaching hospital.  He pursued a career in gastrointestinal surgery with a particular interest in inflammatory bowel disease. He qualified as Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1985 and in 1996 was awarded a Wellcome Trust Traveling Fellowship to study small-intestinal transplantation in Toronto, Canada. He was made a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists in 2001. He has published over 130 original scientific articles, book chapters, and invited scientific commentaries.  In the pursuit of possible links between childhood vaccines, intestinal inflammation, and neurologic injury in children, Dr. Wakefield lost his job in the Department of Medicine at London's Royal Free Hospital, his country, his career, and his medical license. He is married to Carmel, a physician and a classical radio presenter. Three days later, Robert De Niro said it was a mistake to pull Vaxxed. This documentary started awareness about vaccines and medical awareness.   [10:15] Bill Gates on Vaccine Development and Surveillance In Argentina, there’s a program that is testing the system of mandatory vaccines. If you do not have the vaccines, you cannot get things like a license. Bill Gates is dictating policy and personal vaccine choice. What degree does Bill Gates have to speak on this subject? He has inserted himself into this role. Bill says that if you want to live in his society, you need to be compliant with his wishes. Andy says that this bizarre. Why is CNN entertaining him? [13:20] About 1986 The Act Andy wanted this movie to be relatable. He made the movie about the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, and how it relates to a mother’s intuition. This movie is all about the power of intuition. The mother knows that there is something dangerous about vaccines. The movie enables us to explore the science behind vaccines. [20:00] The Similarities Between The Ford Pinto and Vaccinations The Ford Pinto turned out to be super dangerous. When rear-ended, the car would explode. Ford had two options; they could recall the cars or pay for the victims. They found out that it would cost a lot less to pay for the victims than recall the vehicles. Vaccine manufacturers did the exact same thing. They could have made a safer vaccine, but it would cost them more money. After doing a cost-benefit analysis, they realized it would be cheaper to pay for the children who are brain-damaged and killed. Overall, profits are more important than people. [25:50] The Future of Mandatory Vaccinations    Vaccines are being rushed to the market. The Swine Flu Vaccine had no benefit whatsoever. Mandatory vaccine bills are taking choice away from parents. The Democrats are in bed with the pharmaceutical companies. Democrats are in favor of a federal mandatory vaccine bill. Personal freedom is coming from the Republicans. The future of humankind will come from the next election. Once a vaccine is put inside of you, you cannot take it out. You should never take away people’s choice! People need to wake up to this. [30:50] Vaccinations vs. Non-Vaccinations There is no study between vaccination and non-vaccination from the CDC. However, a private study found that there are significantly worse outcomes for kids who are vaccinated vs. the ones that are not vaccinated. People have lost confidence with the policymakers. There is such an awareness and resistance for the opinions of “experts.”   [34:00] The Future of COVID If we want to understand where we are going, all you need to do is watch 1986. Doctors are writing off motorcycle deaths as COVID-19 deaths. The marketing strategy of fear is being used. Society is ramping us up for the dependency of a vaccine. Viruses have been around since humans have existed. Our microbiome should be our mask. Instead of vaccines, we need to take care of our health. [38:25] “Saving” Mankind in Violation of Personal Liberties There needs to be a liability for the corporations behind these vaccinations. Whenever there is a risk, there needs to be choice. There is most certainly risk when it comes to a vaccine. We need to stand up for our rights. Once they are gone, it will be a long time until we get them back. [00:45] Why Not Eating Carbs Isn’t Enough The keto diet makes you lose a bunch of weight, and it also causes inflammation. The keto cookies are made with gluten – they are causing inflammation! If you are not in ketosis some of the time, you will not live to 180. On the Bulletproof diet, people have lost 1,000,000 pounds. Not eating carbs doesn’t work 100% of the time. [04:50] Why We Need To Eat The Right Fats What are our cell membranes made of? Well, it depends where they are found in the body. Look at everything you eat from three different lenses: Is it going to be used as a building block? Is it going to be used as a fuel? What toxins does it have in it? What percentage of your body are carbs? Less than one percent. You do not need carbs as a building block. There is about a two-year half-life of fat in the body. When you eat good fats, it will take two years to make your cell membranes functioning. Saturated fats are awesome because they do not break easily, and they are stable. We have demonized saturated fats. However, 45% of our cell membrane fat is saturated fats. The only fat your body can make is saturated fat. Our brains need these saturated fats. Monounsaturated fats fill in the big building blocks. Omega-3s and omega-6s will be the lubricants. [12:45] Think About Quality Ingredients People will try and put anything in the keto category. It’s a problem. The quality of the ingredients matter. The reason grass-fed butter is such a big thing is because the fatty acid ratios are different. Animal fat is so precious – that’s why Dave raises his own animals. Part of the keto message has to be “don’t eat industrial meat.” It will WRECK your ketosis. Short-ribs from a grass-fed cow are covered in fat. It is a religious experience. Eat less meat and spend more on it if that what it takes to eat grass-fed meat. Half of your fat calories should be saturated. [18:50] Stop Overcooking Your Foods Overcooked food is rough on your liver. When you eat heavily charred meat, you’ll feel bad. It doesn’t matter if it’s delicious; it matters how you will feel when it’s done. Parts of our cells will act as incinerators. They burn our proteins and digest them. Overcooked foods will clog them up. If you keep shoveling them in there, then there is no mechanism to clean them up. Do not eat smoked foods! AND MUCH MORE!
