The doctor told Logan that if he kept doing what he was doing, he would die. It was a total wake-up call. A few days later, Logan got a gym membership and committed for the entire year. If the gym intimates you, then Logan says not to worry – everyone goes through that phase. Logan met a YouTube trainer at the gym who told him how to get shredded using exercise, keto, and fasting.
