[04:05] What You Need To Know About Adrenal Fatigue Adrenal fatigue is such a lousy term because the adrenals don't exactly fatigue. You have all these stressors in life that set off the alarm, and you're able to keep up with it for a certain amount of time, and that's called the resistance phase. Eventually, your supply and demand are no longer equal - you have more demand than you do supply. As a result, you create something called fatigue. With adrenal fatigue, you've lost the ability to regulate your internal and external environment - as a result, you have a supply and demand problem. Basically, if you're exhausted, burnt out, and can't handle stress, you have HPA axis dysfunction (AKA adrenal fatigue). [09:40] The Accumulation of Stress: Why We Need To Learn More The accumulation of stress is a massive problem for adrenal fatigue. Sadly, it’s things that we don’t even think about like notifications, EMF, chemicals, pesticides, and so many others. When someone is burnt out, it’s a number of things, not just one. That’s something that people need to learn more about. [15:30] The Five Causes of Extreme Fatigue Cases Blood Sugar Blood sugar adds to your inflammation.
