A shout out to all the shy girls!

Here at Kooth we don’t think being shy is something you necessarily need to ‘get over’, or ‘overcome’, especially if that shyness is more about being reserved in nature rather than extreme shyness that makes everyday life a bit difficult. It can be really important to see some of the very real benefits of being more reserved. So for this international women’s day, we want to give the biggest shout out to all those girls who’ve been described as ‘shy’ because underneath that label, we truly see those deep thinkers, fantastic observers, amazing friends, and great listeners. Join Gemma, Amber, Saffra, and Danielle who talk about their own experiences of being labelled shy.
