Having worked with many thousands of professionals, I know that banding and marketing deosn’t seem to be our strength.

Is this is the way forward?

No, no, no – Let’s break the ceiling – Let’s present ourselve as the subject matter expertise – and the authority in our field - nor more as the cheap labor –

That said, this is not easiest job to build a credible brand – you must invest your time and energy and focus on your personal value and personal brand. More importantly, strategize your game!
