Lauren Espy is a seasoned leader, pastor, and mom of three boys who brings over 20 years of experience in strategic communication and leadership. She spent 15 years on staff at North Point Ministries, leading the worship service experience and launching new campuses. Currently, she serves at Chick-fil-A Corporate, where she continues to lead, coach communicators and create meaningful experiences for Operators and their teams. Lauren and her husband, Stuart, live in Peachtree City, where they are raising their three energetic boys.
