I see this all too regularly in the women who come to work with me - after being 'good' all week and seeing the scales start to drop, Monday rolls around and despite sticking to their calories over the weekend... BAM, they've gained 2-3lbs overnight.


Today's episode is here to help you understand why this might be happening, and whether or not you need to do anything about it.
