The Average Previously Disadvantaged Black South African, Once They Prove That They Are Actually Previously Disadvantaged, Through Providing Useless Documentation, Which Denotes Their Current Disadvantagedness-ness, Can Hopefully, Maybe, Somehow, Luckily, Get Access To Funding For Certain Schools, To Study Certain Courses, With No Guarantee Of A Job, That Will Generate Enough Income, To Help Them Pay Back The Debt, AND Still Have A Fighting Chance, At Trying To Break The Chains Of Generational Poverty, Which Still Entangle Many Of Us, As A People... What Could That R 300k / 3-Year Loan Mean To A Young Black Entrepreneur, On The Margins Of Their Industry? What’s The Opportunity Cost Of Creating (Steve) Jobs, In Our Country, Today? That’s The Price, That Many Of Us Have Had To, And Continue To Pay, To Help Create A Nation, Truly Alive With Possibilities, For ALL Her Citizens, Residents, And Even Visitors.
