Exercise Ideas while under LOCKDOWN - SURVIVAL TIPS

As women we are often busy doing one thing or the other. As entrepreneurs especially we have even more to do. We keep active and run around all day long. We run to catch the bus or train. We stand for hours waiting for transport. Even while at work we are often going about from one office to the other. When we get home the pattern continues until we go to bed. But with life under lockdown, we are indoors more, stationary more and women are complaining of back aches, headaches and stiff muscles and joints. These maladies are not good for us as business women or for women working from home under these new conditions. Our efficiency reduces and we are achieving less.

So how can we reduce these discomforts in our bodies and become happier and more effective at home under lockdown? In this episode, I share tips and ideas on how we can stay flexible and strong physically during this lockdown. Hope you enjoy it.
