Episode 76 is one full of announcements (plenty of big things coming). Brett & Joel shed light on an upcoming live show at Runners Paradise on Monday December 18th (tickets will be be available next week). Claudia shares how she managed training and racing as a professional while still in high-school and explains the importance of having a life outside of running. As for TWHSOITWTWATSA - Brett and Joel join forces to take down this week's victim.
