#49 BREATH OF FIRE: Energising and Cleansing Breathwork Meditation

In this episode I'm offering something a little different to the usual Blood Slut content...today I guide you through an invigorating and energising (yet clarifying and cleansing) breathwork practice called BREATH OF FIRE. Whether you're new to breathwork, have no idea what it is or you're well versed, this episode will offer a calming escape from your busy day.

PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMENCING:

• If you have a respiratory disease, heart disease, you're pregnant or currently menstruating please only listen up until 11mins 30 secs (I'll give you a reminder during the ep, don't worry!) as it is not safe for you to do the breath of fire practice.

• If you feel dizzy at any point please stop and breathe normally until you're ready to go again! Do not do this practice while driving or operating machinery. During the breath of fire practice please make sure you're seated and have a support or wall behind you in case you get dizzy.
