Stephen Orefice - Leadership, sports, and business.

Stephen has nine solid years of Sales, Marketing, and Operations experience behind him. His claim to fame would be titles such as Executive Leader, Sales Disruptor, Marketing Strategist, Master Networker, and Entrepreneur. He began his career right after graduating from LIU Post (May 2011) in the bright lights of New York City working for Corporate FOX Television (TV Ad Sales). Being the Team Lead of multiple high producing Account Executives allowed him to learn the fast paced and aggressive work environment. With his innate underdog mentality, he continued to work and grind his way back to the Hudson Valley where his grass roots are from. Pursuing his passion of Local Business and Playing/Coaching the game of baseball which he adores was always a piece of him that he could not get away from. Working closer to home and having the ability to be around his family more will always be the KEY ingredients to his individual makeup and true inner happiness.

Being a high school and college athlete really helped him learn the teamwork aspect, love for the youth, and created a competitive fire in him that he has still not lost in order to become a winner at life. After he played his last college baseball game on Long Island and the harsh reality of life set in that he wasn’t going to be a Major League Baseball Player, he knew he wanted to make a difference in people’s lives through business and sports. From there he founded Orefice Baseball and Softball LLC back in November of 2014 - Private Lessons, Team Instruction, Camps/Clinics, and Coaching Travel Baseball Teams. Stephen’s sports resume has a 2005 New York State Championship under his belt from the Roy C. Ketcham High School Baseball Varsity Program, 2010 East Coast Conference Championship (LIU Post), 2003 13u AAU National Championship Title with the Hudson Valley Rockies, 5-Time Champion, Team Captain, and 2006 MVP with the Wappingers Yankees in the Hudson Valley Collegiate Baseball League (HVCBL), and a 3-Time Champion in the Hudson Valley National Adult Baseball Association (HVNABA) *1x Mariners, 2x Black Sox.

Stephen has worked his way up through the chain of command all while being the newly appointed Executive Vice President of Sales & Operations for New Beginnings Window and Door located in Wappingers Falls, NY. New Beginnings Window and Door is a Full-Service Premium Window and Door Distributor proudly serving the Tri-State Area since 2008! They are locally family-owned and operated.
