SMP Social Media Marketing - Feat. Stefani Baca

Stefani Baca is an accomplished business owner born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. Together with her husband, David Baca Jr., they run two successful production companies Cashew Productions and Mai Tie Productions, along with a content creation and social media marketing agency Mai Tie Media based out Florida.

She started her career as an actress at the age of 12 in theater, but it wasn’t until after completing her Bachelor’s of Arts in Theater and Communications Marketing at the University of Tennessee that she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her long time dream of working in the entertainment industry. She quickly started booking acting roles with Disney, Comedy Central, The Discovery Channel, Hulu and more. Working on sets, she discovered her love and passion for producing and sharing the story from behind the camera. Her first taste behind the camera came as working as a director’s assistant at Anonymous Content where she focused mainly on commercials, but as her passion grew so did her career. She was hired as the lead Producer on the first independent half hour web series distributed by HULU. She also co-produced a project featuring James Franco and produced a documentary featured on Netflix.

These projects catapulted Stefani to where she is now, expanded her passion for unscripted films and documentaries and allowed her to grow as a producer, director and overall businesswoman. She has since taken her gifts of content creation and marketing filled with multitasking and action based mentality and applied them to help scale businesses from all over the world. She has multiple case studies of helping businesses grow over 30% in a matter of months with focused intention and branding expertise. With an eagerness to learn and help others showcase the value of content creation in todays digital realm, she dives into her next chapter of hosting workshops to reach the masses she’s only ever dreamed of.
