The New Jersey Devils defeated the Minnesota Wild 3-2 in a shootout. The team has won three of their last four games. Not known for their shootout outcomes, the Devils performed well, thanks to Paul Cotter and Jesper Bratt. Jacob Markstrom has continued to improve since returning from injury. It was an intense game, especially with the questionable calls from the referees.
