Today we will be uncovering the horrible connections between John Wayne Gacy, the Killer Clown, and Dean Corll, the Candy Man, namely the Delta Project, a disturbing network that went by many names, including the Odyssey Foundation and The Hermes Organization.

The Delta Project, run by John David Noman and Phillip Paske, was like a diseased and wretched octopus reaching out its tentacles across the world, destroying lives, and what you are about to hear today will shock you to your core, so be prepared.

The web of perversion, lies and corruption reaching up into the highest levels of law enforcement and the Federal government is sickening beyond belief.
