From Podcasting to YouTube: Navigating Video Content and Body Dysmorphia- S.2 E.14

Join me as I discuss the pros and cons of expanding my podcast to YouTube's new podcast platform and making videos for my podcast. I'll talk about how body dysmorphia has impacted my decision, including my struggles with gaining weight and not feeling comfortable on camera currently. We'll explore how podcasting is less stressful than making videos because I'm not on camera and can do it from anywhere without having to put on makeup or worry about how I look. Despite the challenges, I love doing my podcast and sharing my stories. Our stories keep us connected and help us feel less alone in the world. So, tune in for an honest discussion about body image, podcasting, and making video content.
