About James Trenerry:

James started in the health and fitness industry at KX Pilates as a Trainer and Studio Manager. In 2015 he moved to NSW to help launch the KX Pilates brand and took on the role of Master Trainer and Multi Studio Manager, and was awarded Trainer of the Year at two KX Pilates Studios and National Trainer of the Year.

He also completed his Diploma in Clinical Pilates with Breathe Education that year. After six years in the health and wellness arena, opening several additional branches of KX Pilates from Bali to Norwood, Unley, Magill, and Mile End, James has recently sold his studios and is now a silent investor, and an actioning investor in a few other businesses on the side.

His main strength as a teacher and movement professional is the ability to distill complex research findings into a simple, science-based approach to help people move fearlessly, thoughtlessly, and painlessly. Raph holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation), a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science, Diploma of Pilates Movement Therapy, and STOTT PILATES full certification.
