We are getting the PARTY started today with Award Winning Actor, Dancer, Performer BP Major & Melissa Gisoni that we all know from, the famous Dance Moms, they talk their new show they created and produced during COVID! No big deal! They launched a massively inspiring series during a PANDEMIC.

Today we are talking all things about their new show and what they wanted for this new project when creating it.

Meet BP Major, was born in Sydney, Australia and started his career at the age of 9 acting on Australian TV. He appeared on many soaps and national TV Commercials.

His career in Australia evolved into one of Sydney's leading dancers and performers. In Australia, he worked with Kylie & Dannii Minogue, Hugh Jackman, Marcia Hines, Jimmy Barnes, Cate Blanchett, Nicole Kidman.

Melissa Gisoni of Dance Moms, the mother of two celebrity girls Mackenzie and Maddie Ziegler and has become her own celebrity on TV as well.

BP and Melissa talk EGO and DIVA in the industry and how it runs rampant and their goal and mission with Major Minors.

BP and Melissa share their own values in the industry, and raising these little humans in a happy and healthy manner.

Melissa talks about being a mom and juggling the industry with her two successful daughters.

BP shares the importance of being talented as well as kind and being the best people you can be.

Melissa and BP share their main reason for creating their show to bring LIGHT to this time, bring back important morals, principles, and overall share a happy friendly show! BP talks about how he has the kids sign kindness contracts, they have to do 3 kind things a day.

Melissa and BP talk social media and the bullying that goes on, especially right now in a time where we are all on our phones and at home.

The Major Minors show has created a place to be creative, connect with other kids, and have fun! Which is SO needed right now! Major Minors is about Inspiration, having Fun, Being Confident, and Sharing a Kids Talent.

BP talks about how much he loves someone who TRIES! Talent is great, but trying and working hard, great attitude is SO much more!

They both share about launching a global search for the show and all the celebrity guests they had involved as well.

Melissa and BP also share about their exciting new season and new project they are starting with their own academy.

The academy will be a place to learn, create and train and really tap into their creativity and teach them how to evolve in the business and all the skills they will need to be successful.

Melissa and BP give advice for anyone starting out in the industry - education is #1! Staying true to yourself, humble and kind and having a work ethic. They talk their old school mentality, education, raising these little humans correctly, kindness and the real important parts of the industry!
