Hey Everyone, I wanted to do something different today and I wanted to have a whole podcast dedicated to Mental Health. This is a very important topic to me. That is why I brought in The Mom Cave, She is a Mental Health Coach and I wanted to sit down with her and talk about Mental health. I want to help end the Stigma behind mental health and I know I can't do it alone we have to work together as a community. That is why I will be donating 5 cents to Canadian Mental Health Association, Mental Health Association, Mental Health UK for every listen between now and March 1st.
