Here is the synopsis for “Forever & Always”:

This short film, “Forever & Always,” is inspired by the song of the same name by Parachute. The story follows the love between Ashley Wilson (29) and William Stone (29). Ashley is a third-grade teacher, while William works at a car factory. He is on his way home after finishing his last overnight shift when he gets into a car accident and finds himself fighting for his life. Ashley, his fiancée, rushes to his side as uncertainty looms over William's fate. Will William take a turn for the William’s will he recover and be able to walk down the aisle as husband and wife, together Forever & Always?
