For those of you who don't know about this story- it is literally a movement of the general public beating Wall Street (at least for a short while) at their own game. Literally the story we all need at the moment as we go into almost a full year of Covid type restrictions. We also discuss some of our own fitness challenges and how workout descriptions can sometimes be somewhat misleading online. We found this one challenging as we see both sides of the argument.
