“If I'm not from the military, and I'm just trying to break into the industry, how do I get in, you better create a niche, and you better work your network and look for an opportunity.”

“Without a doubt, every generation we get a little bit lighter, a little bit easier. We want things faster, and I can't say that's the wrong thing. I mean, you don't want to you want to take shortcuts sometimes. But you still want to do it the right way.”
