This episode of the Fearless Mindset Podcast features Chris Decker, the Founder, and CEO of Salescast. The key to moving on is forgiveness. Chris gets vulnerable about his traumatic childhood and how this led to several addictions he struggled with for most of his life.

He then shares the power of forgiveness and faith in showing him the path that not only overcomes his past but allows him to thrive today. Chris also tackles the topics of anger and suicide and his own realizations about prayer that turned his life around. Nothing is permanent and even the rut you may be in, will not last forever when you move to change and get a little help from above.

Movement is the fastest way to change your body's current state - Chris: "The fastest way to change your state, which is the quality of your life, is to change your movement. That's the fastest way. Have you ever heard of somebody fake it 'til you make it? If I were to start uncontrollably laughing and because of your mirror neurons, you start uncontrollably laughing, if I have dark thoughts racing around in my head and I need to go outside to take a walk to clear my head, think about what we're doing. We are changing physiologically the state that our body is in by getting into movement."
