Remember the basics of communication are rooted in trust - Gina: "I think that there can be a tendency for sometimes people to jump too quickly in their relationships and to think too much in a business relationship here. And you know, you really need to go back to basics and think about the level of trust and consistency and the duration of your relationships that you're able to really have some roots and not try to grow too quickly."

Care and compassion are people’s real strengths - Gina: "I think leaning into vulnerability is a real strength and I find that some of the most powerful generals that I've interviewed, or really seemingly strong physical types, like a head coach of Irish rugby for example, they're strong because they're actually quite aware of how kind they can be and how thoughtful they can be and how compassionate they can be. And that actually to me is probably one of the biggest strengths a person can have."
