 Just observe them,  As if they were bubbles slowly floating in the air. Light,  And separate from you.  LONG PAUSE
 Relax your body deeper into comfort,  And as you do, Imagine those bubbles slowly floating away. Slowly moving further away from you, And eventually, Disappearing into the night.  LONG PAUSE
 As more bubbles appear, Perhaps filled with worries,  Fears,  Or unknowns, Just watch them rise up, And slowly drift away, Dancing on the breeze, And disappearing into the night.  LONG PAUSE
 Now see if you can imagine yourself,  Surrounded by the soothing sounds of the forest. The crickets and the wind play sleep sounds in your ears, Lulling you into calm. PAUSE
 The trees are surrounding you, Protecting you, And breathing life into your body. The soft forest floor tenderly holds you, And invites you to rest.  PAUSE
 This is your place of serenity, Your place of peace.  Breathe in the air, And feel it warm you, And bring you home.  LONG PAUSE
 The bubbles may still arise,  But they easily float off into the night. And each time you see one go by, You nod in its direction, Acknowledging its existence, And then gratefully say goodbye as its journeys into the darkness.  PAUSE
 You feel light and open,  Deeply relaxed and healed.  Free of all the bubbles,  That have left you to rest.  PAUSE
 Float, float, float away, The worries are no longer here.  The warmth from her hands, Seeps into your skin, And spreads slowly throughout. Its energy heals, And calms down your mind, And dissolved any doubt. PAUSE

 Sadness, grief, hurt or pain, Some mixture of all those. Disappointment and frustration too,  Oh, that’s how it goes.  PAUSE
 So let yourself breathe
 And pause for just a bit. Let the tears come on out, You’re ready to submit.  LONG PAUSE
 So often after crying,  We feel so clear and calm.  That’s because catharsis, Is what we needed all along.  PAUSE
 Just know that you are loved, And you’re a perfect you. No matter why those tears are here, Your light shines through and through.  PAUSE
 So as you gently wipe your eyes,  The wetness on your face. Be proud of those tears that came, They opened a sacred space.  PAUSE
 Take a big deep breath, And ask your mind to clear, Come into your center, The emotions vibrate here.  PAUSE

 You hear the water’s musical trickle, And feel the cool mist on your skin, As your feet slowly ease in.  PAUSE
 Feel the gentle flow of water as it kisses your skin.  Acknowledging your presence, And then drifting on by in the current.  PAUSE
 This ease, This flow, Calms you, And brings you peace.  PAUSE
 You can feel your thoughts dissolving, And your body softening, As you slowly become one with the welcoming waters. LONG PAUSE
 All that is heavy, Releases.  All that is dark, Lightens.  All that is unclear,  Focuses.  Feel the flow.  LONG PAUSE
 Like the leaves that are carried downstream,  All these heavy pieces of you flow into the water,  And float downstream. Releasing their hold on you, And leaving you free.  PAUSE
 Be here with the water,  One with its rhythms and coolness,  One with the gentle flow.  LONG PAUSE
 Your body is heavy and calm,  And your mind is clear. The sounds of the creek soothe you, The flow of the waters calms you.  PAUSE

Releasing the day and signaling to your body that you’re ready to rest.  PAUSE
 Go ahead and adjust yourself if you need to,  Relieving any kinks or tension you may have. And then take a deep breath in,  And as you exhale, feel yourself melt into your bed. PAUSE
 With your eyes closed, the noise inside your head may seem loud. Maybe it’s reminding you about something needed for tomorrow.  Perhaps it’s giving you a vision of something that happened earlier today. Maybe it’s nudging you with subconscious worries or anxieties. Or maybe it feels just like the feed you see on your phone,  One story after another popping up for you to digest,  Layering you with information, Leaving you feeling heavy and even a bit chaotic.  It’s okay
 Your brain’s job is to make thoughts. And all you have to do, Is let them go, Releasing them into the night, And coming back here to sleep.  PAUSE
 So as we go through our meditation tonight and you hear any of these noises in your head, Just imagine each one existing your body through your exhale, and disappearing into the night. PAUSE
 Now feel the gentle movement of your body, The beautiful waves of breathing moving through you, Expanding your chest and belly as you breathe in, And contracting everything as you breathe out. Over and over again,  In a perfect rhythm, Breathing in, And breathing out.  PAUSE
 Let your forehead soften, Your jaw release and your cheeks relax.  Allow your shoulders to drop And your arms get heavy, Feeling your chest melt into your bed.  Breathe it all out, Releasing the day, the thoughts, the visions and the emotions.  And come back to your body to rest. PAUSE
 Feel the heaviness of your belly, Your hips, Your legs  And your feet surrender their weight into the support beneath you. Breathe. PAUSE
 There is nothing more for you to do, Nothing more for you to see. Nothing more for you to figure out. Everything left undone will be here for you tomorrow if you choose it.  The nighttime has come and in this moment,  You are safe.  And you are loved.  Allow the calmness of the night to embrace you. Breathe. Float into deep sleep, beautiful.  And if thoughts arise, let each of them dissolve into the night every time you breathe out.  Scan your whole body,  From head to toe. When you find the tension, Just let it go. With each inhale, Invite in light, Dissolve the darkness, That lingers tonight.  PAUSE
 Breathe
 And release the pressure you hold.  Breathe
 You’re beautiful, perfect and whole.  LONG PAUSE
 Come inside, And clear your mind. Let go of those thoughts, That squeeze and bind.  PAUSE
 Come inside,  And let yourself feel, The stillness that’s here,  So you can be healed.  PAUSE
 The pressures you feel, The details orchestrated. Will dissolve when you realize, They’re way too overrated. PAUSE
 I promise the world, Won’t stop if you do. I promise that it all, Isn’t reliant upon you.  PAUSE
 Imagine a balloon, Tightly stretched and filled, Finally releases air, The pressure has been killed.  PAUSE
 Breathe
 And release the pressure you hold.  Breathe
 You’re beautiful, perfect and whole.  LONG PAUSE
 Take notice of your body, Your head down to your feet.  It’s mellow and relaxed now, The pressure is obsolete.  PAUSE
 Next time you feel this pressure, Begin to arise. Come back to this place and, Gently close your eyes.  PAUSE
 You are powerful, You are strong.  Capable of handling, Whatever comes along. PAUSE
 Breathe
