Tactic Nutrition coach Angie Craig joins Alex and Meredith on the podcast to discuss her experience as a nutrition coach and her journey to becoming a part of the team. Now holding a Master's in Clinical Nutrition, Angie's story includes farming, FedEx, CrossFit, and Rugby. WIth over 11 years of experience as a farmer, Angie had firsthand experience with the correlation between food and our mental and physical wellbeing.
