AAMO 37 - Week 10 Legislative Update

In this fast-paced Weekly Legislative Update of the AAMO Podcast, , Adam and Wes bring you up to speed on the latest in the fight for abolition in Missouri. With SJR 8 still awaiting placement on the calendar, the focus now shifts to the key issues that need your support—or opposition.

They break down the current status of the Equal Protection bills, HB 1072 and HB 1417, which have both been heard and are now awaiting crucial committee votes. Meanwhile, a desperate and iniquitous effort to replace Amendment 3 has taken shape in HJR 73, sponsored by Brian Seitz—now heading to the Senate for debate.
