Shannon's journey began at the age of 16 when a traumatic accident left her having to learn how to do everything herself. With the support of her family and faith, she persevered and found a newfound appreciation for mental strength and resilience. In 2020, like many of us, Shannon found herself struggling with weight gain. During the shutdown of COVID-19, baking became a family activity. However, she soon realized that the extra pounds were making her unhappy and taking a toll on her mental health. In a brave move just a week before Christmas, Shannon decided to take charge of her mind and body and began a weight loss program that not only transformed her physical health but also her mental well-being. Today, Shannon uses her journey to inspire and empower other women to regain their love and confidence for themselves. She understands the obstacles that come with weight loss and mental wellness and is passionate about helping others overcome them. Shannon is a true testament to the power of self-love and resilience. Join us as we dive deep into Shannon's story and discover the power of self-love and the resilience of the human spirit.
