DLM Uncut: Matching Team Energy and Expectations

In network marketing, you build a business from a network of like-minded people. Notice the name "network" in it. So, you are not going to reach the top ranks working alone. The very structure of this industry emphasizes that your success intertwines with the growth and achievements of your team.

Now, as you lead a team, one of the challenges is seeing different levels of performance that may pull you up or down because of the various ways they work best. While you cannot make everyone do the same, you can have them work together brilliantly. It starts with showing them how you do it consistently - sharing your WHY in your content and reminding them of the reasons they're here to transform lives. That's how you show them you're on the same page.

When the team understands their roles and how they contribute to the overall goals, their energy becomes focused and purposeful.
