A pep talk on the power of choice

A pep talk on the power of choice

Today on the SAME podcast, Audrey dives into how there comes a point where you have to stop waiting for change and start choosing to change, simply starting with 1% each and every day. By choosing to try to be 1% better every day, you will slowly lean into more discomfort each day, therefore slowly showing your nervous system safety through small increments and slowly changing the overall state of your nervous system. She dives into the power of choice and how you are always in the driver's seat of your life - no one else - only you. She reminds you to take advantage of the time you have on this planet, take control of the choices you make, and make the choice to continuously be 1% better in each moment.

xx, Audrey
