Adrian embarked on his remarkable property management odyssey back in 2003 as a part-time groundskeeper.

For over a decade, since 2007, Adrian has taken the helm of service departments overseeing maintenance operations, capital projects, and renovations for portfolios encompassing up to 32,000 apartment homes. He’s left his mark on the multifamily landscape, collaborating with industry giants such as Greystar, Balfour Beatty Communities, PMG, and Cortland.

August 2023 marked a transformative moment in Adrian’s career as he embraced the role of a full-time entrepreneur by founding Multifamily X Consulting Group. With two decades of multifamily expertise under his belt, Adrian is on a mission to empower property management companies and multifamily service providers with strategic insights, elevating their performance and fostering prosperity.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Adrian’s passion for networking and mentoring is palpable, as he dedicates himself to helping others ascend the career ladder. As an added testament to his dedication, he hosts the Multifamily Chronicles podcast, a platform for industry wisdom and inspiration.

Notably, Adrian holds a law degree from the Romanian-American University in Bucharest, Romania, further enriching his multifaceted background and expertise.
