THEN - Charles IV

THEN - Charles IV (1346-1378)

The Luxembourgs now produce the man who would become known as Charles IV - considered by many to be the greatest Czech of all time. He'd found Charles University, commission St. Vitus and Charles Bridge, design New Town, move the capital of the Holy Roman Empire to Prague, build a LOT of castles, and generally do awfully good things for the lands of Bohemia and Moravia.
