We will all experience the hormonal fluctuations as we transition through menopause, your lifestyle, nutrition and exercise will influence your hormones, negatively or positively. I was doing what I thought you were supposed to do, eat less and exercise more, fasting, eating very low calories during the week and doing a ton of cardio.
