It's a girl's chat & you get to listen in! We discussed writing: how to do it, writer's block, story development, & using both our own sexual fantasies & those of others, in our erotic writing. She read an erotic poem, which was yummy! We chatted about the novel she's working on, which she is co-writing, plus her writing on Medium. We discussed how erotica helps people explore and experience their kinks and fantasies & why it's so much more powerful, & personal, as compared to watching porn. We broached the topic of the negativity of many people in this world who view erotica as bad, those judgmental people are a part of the bigger problems in our sex-is-taboo sex-negative society. Erotica embraces sex/sexuality openly as a normal everyday thing, which it should be, & often is, even though our culture tries to pretend it's not. We chatted about how important it is to be a genuine person, a whole person, on social media. We talked about how real friendships can happen on spaces like Twitter, & how close & solid those friendships can be. We get to connect & make friends with like-minded people from all over the world we may never have met in our lives. We gushed about how unbelievably great, supportive, & amazing the erotic writing community is on Twitter. It's a very special phenomenon that constantly blows my mind in a very good way.
