Who is Freya Graf?
Freya Graf is a Holistic Sex Educator & Coach and Yoni Mapping Therapist with a passion for holistic health and personal development.

She keeps it real, raw and relatable when it comes to talking about sex, relating and bodies, and is on a mission to dismantle the shame, taboo and stigma shrouding these important topics by having open and vulnerable conversations about them through her work with women and on her hilarious podcast The Labia Lounge.

Freya and I chatted about podcasting in the field of sexuality and the ability with podcasting to talk about taboo topics and to get open conversations going, which is so helpful for all people. She explains what Yoni mapping is because she's a Yoni Mapping Therapist. She focuses on female health using sex therapy, talk therapy, communications, and body work through massage and touch. She incorporates energy work and guided touch for vagina owners to learn more about their bodies, and their pleasure zones, for help with healing, and to help women explore their sexuality. She teaches clients about their pleasure anatomy and assists in 'waking up' numb areas. She helps women become aware of all of their parts by improving their body awareness. She focuses on pleasure, all types of pleasure.

She also talks about what a crygasm is, helps women who have penetration fears, and promotes a healthy pelvic floor status for vagina owners. She teaches about self-pleasure, and masturbation techniques, and helps women really get to know their internal vaginal anatomy and pleasure potential as well.
