Waking up earlier than you or than other people usually do, has some great advantages to your daily routine, your mood, your productivity and your perspective on life. So I suggest, if you don’t do it already, try it out for a couple of weeks or days. It doesn’t have to be everyday. Maybe start with only the weekdays or 3 times a week. So you inherit the benefits of waking up alongside the sun.
