Mental Health Challenge: Pilates

Lesson for the day: If you want people to listen to a podcast episode the audio is very helpful!

Pilates is a new found love of mine for now! My dad has told me to do Pilates since I was young! He said with my body type it would be a better workout for me, which I don't know what that means but my stubborn attitude that I get from him kept saying no. However, it's an amazing workout and he was right, Dang it!
Pilates is a very intentional workout that helps with posture and mindfulness!
