Mental Health Challenge: Dedicate 1 Hour

Wake up an hour early to dedicate that hour to yourself, and it even saves you time in the morning so you're not rushing out the door.
You can also dedicate 1 hour to yourself at night.

While I dedicate an hour of my time in the morning it has helped me manage my anxiety a bit and helped me achieve a few goals!
