Grand Rapids Police say Roconda Singleton doused her home in lighter fluid last Saturday morning and set it on fire with her three daughters inside. Singleton's oldest daughter, Shamiya Stewart, later died. Shamiya's younger sisters, ages 10 and 7, escaped.
