This happens to all of us, no matter what level we are at in business.

We can all relate at some level. So in this episode we get to the bottom of why this actually happens. Its the symptom of something much deeper. I give you 8 quality questions you can ask yourself to explore and go deeper to connect with whats actually going on for you. Within this process I am actually giving you my detrigger process which I learned from a mentor many years ago (which I have tweaked a little).
