Ep. 25: Who Are You BEing?

Your worth isn't tied to your achievements, or how much you DO - it's about who you are BEing in each moment.In our hustle-driven world, it's easy to get lost in the relentless cycle of doing. I feel you babe!

In 2017 when I studied the art of being human I learned a powerful model which transformed my own life and how I also supported my clients to give up the constant need to be Doing more and shift into an intentional state of BEing. The more I have learned about myself through Human Design (and the burn out I experienced), the more I have actually granted myself permission to truly embody this work.

As entrepreneurs, we often drown ourselves in the need for busyness, disconnected from our true selves, leading to stress, frustration, and overwhelm.
