Adapting To Change In Real Estate Development (with Kim McCaslin)

If there's one certainty in real estate, it's that it never stays the same. Kim McCaslin, VP at M.R. Development, joined me this week to talk about her 30 year career in real estate development. We discussed how she got into it, what it's like to run a generational real estate business, and how she quickly became a "deal junkie". We also talked about some of the major industry shifts that have happened in her career, and how zoning laws have played a huge part in real estate development. Finally, Kim and I discussed why real estate development is such a good investment opportunity.
