In this episode, Angie Lion of Black River and Michael Krause Imposter Syndrome coach & organizational development consultant and trainer discuss their experiences of being coached and coaching others through their struggles.

They share a common belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to honor their authentic self by exploring and pursuing their life’s purpose. They discuss mindset, values, sustainability, reflection, and the transformational power of hiring a coach.

Mike Krause is a new Imposter Syndrome coach & organizational development consultant and trainer. He believes everyone deserves the opportunity to honor their authentic self by exploring and pursuing their life purpose.

Mike guides high-achieving and passionate leaders to find the clarity and confidence to uncover the future they want, through helping people understand who they are (i.e., what they value, their strengths, their life purpose) and the obstacles that get in the way of where they want to be (i.e., self-sabotaging behaviors such as not feeling good enough, seeking permission from others, not trusting oneself, professionally masquerading in one’s job, living a life of expectations, etc.). His goal is to help individuals and organizations make choices and take action toward feeling safer, empowered, and aligned.

Over the past 20 years, Mike has been committed to the non-profit and education fields, holding various executive leadership and program management roles. he had the good fortune of serving 4 ½ years through the U.S. Department of State’s Peace Corps program in Southern and Central Africa by working on public health initiatives. For the past 9 years he has been working with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho helping grow levels of support for families in need. Mike received my undergraduate degree in psychology from the College of Idaho and a Graduate Certificate in Teaching from Boise State University.
