Feeling not good enough, Imposter syndrome or Perfectionism? with Heather Mills

Feeling not good enough, Imposter syndrome or Perfectionism? with Heather Mills

If in any way you’ve felt disillusioned, empty and running on autopilot you’ll want to listen to this episode to identify red flags that could save you from further damage.

Heather Mills, a former class action attorney turned life coach shares with us what this all means and how to navigate these feelings.

During out time together she also shared with us:

  • How she traveled all over the world for answers and what she found.
  • How she worked all the time to give her meaning and fulfillment
  • Where women’s values come from and how we have it all wrong
  • How we have culturally defined worth

Heather litigated on behalf of workers at one of the premiere civil rights firms in the United States until she became exhausted, overwhelmed and burned out. That led her on a 10-year journey to understand why women burn out and how to heal it at the root.
