Andrea J. Simon, Ph.D., "Andi," is a Corporate Anthropologist and Management Consultant, Speaker and award-winning author who specializes in working with organizations that need or want to change. Her company, Simon Associates Management Consultants (SAMC), was founded two decades ago to apply the theory, methods and tools of anthropology to help companies and organizations adapt to changing times.
