42 Patience Helps You Grow with Romina Muhametaj

Romina Muhametaj is the founder of Six 7 Radius and the host of RM Podcast FL. At the same time, she attends Florida State College at Jacksonville where she studies B.S. Business Administration and holds the President Chair for FSCJ-SHRM Student Chapter. Recently Romina launched NE FL Negotiation Club, a European based negotiation club expanding rapidly internationally.

In today's episode of Small-Time Leaders, Romina Muhametaj shares with us how learning to be patient helped her grow professionally and personally. Her mentor Nora Su aided Romina to see what is on the other side of patience and how a successful leader should act.

She moved to America at just 17 years old by herself intending to pursue her American Dream and her accomplishments talk about her stubbornness on her goals continuously. Often, she talks about how her American Journey has been a rollercoaster but Romina has the power to keep a positive attitude over every situation and analyze everything with the "how can I make this better and what can I learn from this" mindset.
