Welcome back to the Deep Dive the Centers Series! In this series, we dive deep into each Human Design center, and discover how the energy shows up for us in our real lives. For each panel, we have two people with the center Defined and two with the center Undefined, so we can explore our similarities and differences. On this episode, we are so excited to have our partners on with us to discuss, not just defined vs undefined emotions, but how those dynamics play out in our relationships! We both happen to have defined Emotional Centers and our men, Alec & PJ, are both undefined, so this is a really special conversation for us. In this second half of the discussion, we finish up our discussion of Emotional Waves and then dive into the Gates! The Emotional Center (also called the Emotional Solar Plexus) is the center of human emotions, where our “emotional waves” originate, often where our anxiety stems from, and it’s connected to the pancreas, kidneys, stomach, lungs, and nervous system.
