In this episode of The Latika Vines Show, our guest, Sharrelle Higgins shares her experiences of over 30 years in public service as a Federal Government employee. During her tenure, she has experienced racism, sexism, and hurtful comments, but it hasn't stopped her from gaining additional experience and moving up the career ladder. Using her experience, she encourages working moms to not despise the box people (employers) place them in, but to grow from it and gain a strong mentor that can help them grow along the way.
