Shaina is a wife, mom and ex-corporate lifer that is fueled by Jesus and coffee. After pursuing degrees in Psychology and Accounting and thinking she found her life-long career, she realized that the desires of motherhood outweighed her prior ambitions. Through only what she considers God’s divine intervention she was laid off and thrown full-time into family management. Now she is successfully navigating family life with two under 4, a brand new puppy, a busy husband and family hurdles, all while creating a God-ordained business that allows her to operate from a place of rest and happiness. As a Focus & Empowerment coach, the mission of her business, Faith & Endurance LLC, is to light the world on fire for Jesus by empowering Kingdom women to make their impact through confident and imperfect action.
