As working moms (and dads) our faith is vital in raising our children. And, its vital to balancing work and life. But, how do you exercise faith and have it routed in God? In this episode of The Latika Vines Show, our guest, Lynnecia Eley, shares how mothers can tap into their power of faith. She shares:

1. Learn to be ok with just making it through
2. Be prayerful and appreciate superhero days (when everything comes into place)
3. It's a continuous balancing act and ask God to help manage it all
4. Have a village on a personal level
5. Do not feel guilty for self-care
